Mandatory 3 day work week. 5 day pay or equivalent to 70 hours for higher quality services for all employees

OLD ASSETS

All old buses, supplies & assets sold in auctions then transition to environmentally - health focused P.M.E & EV transportation optons or conversions 

All remaining assets: new graphics & color schemes including all bus interior - exteriors with Brewster - vintage - modern theme  

Advanced tracking - dispatch & automation then advanced security & safety 

The company would be ran down financially at a break even fair profit model subsidized by PT Group investments to accomplish 
  
ADVANCED SOCIAL & SAFETY

Automated radio calls & in bus intercom for all stops as the bus stops at locations on the list which are automated for driver as the bus comes close to GPS location 

This creates a seamless safe service 

Drivers only greet & passengers digitally sign on. Drivers load luggage & only drive after 360 degree safety walk around exterior & interior of bus to maintain safety 

Drivers help passengers on & off while they keep themselves healthy-fed & hydrated

Washroom systems on all buses regardless with first aid & fire extinguishers 

$100,000 salaries for all positions (2023)

Tips - gratituities above for some

Bonus options of $1000-$25,000 for each based on performance & contests

No cost staff accommodations or subsidy options for off site worked into the $100,000 salary

3 week holiday vacation time paid
