Everyone that operated at the three clusters of Ontario labs between 1980's-1999, 2000-2011 & again between 2012-2023

3.

If we cannot press charges & sue for financial damages we are executing all contacts & those connecting through different offline, online, mobile & telephone channels of communication within borders & airspace of Canada & internationally
